Rizal Shrine

The city of Calamba is the proud birthplace of the country’s national hero namely, Dr Jose Rizal.  The ancestral home declared as the Rizal Shrine is located at J P Rizal Street.The house as restored is a typical “bahay na bato” or a stone house with a large yard and a number of rooms depicting the status in society just like those of other well off and prominent Filipino and Spanish family.
